Job summary

PT MARVELSOFT SOLUTIONS INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Implementation Support to join our North Jakarta team. You will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with our development group to drive product improvements.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT support, with a focus on software/POS, strong problem solving, clear communication, and a customer-centric mindset. You’ll document resolutions and continually learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information & Communication Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in software/POS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with software tools and technologies relevant to the role.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Support to join the team at PT MARVELSOFT SOLUTIONS INDONESIA'. As a Implementation Support, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and resolving issues for our clients. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Providing timely and efficient technical support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter
• Investigating and troubleshooting problems, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions
• Documenting and maintaining detailed records of support activities and resolutions
• Collaborating with the development team to identify and elevate complex issues, and provide feedback for product improvements
• Continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within the software / POS industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in using various software tools and technologies relevant to the role
