Job summary

PT MARVELSOFT SOLUTIONS INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Implementation Support to join our North Jakarta team. You will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with our development group to drive product improvements.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT support, with a focus on software/POS, strong problem solving, clear communication, and a customer-centric mindset. You’ll document resolutions and continually learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information & Communication Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in software/POS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with software tools and technologies relevant to the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients and resolve queries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot problems, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Document and maintain detailed records of support activities and resolutions.
