Job summary

Lintasarta seeks a proactive Resident Engineer for MPC Ops to provide on-site technical expertise and ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations on a project-based basis.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage LAN/WAN configurations, and uphold security principles while delivering reliable on-site support for the assigned project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
• Foundational understanding of LAN/WAN/TCP/IP and general network configuration.
• Knowledge of information and network security best practices.
• Experience in development/implementation of payment systems with fund transfers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and network infrastructures to minimize downtime.
• Manage network configurations ensuring seamless connectivity (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP).
• Maintain security principles to safeguard operational integrity on a daily basis.
• Provide on-site technical support and act as the primary technical anchor for the project.

In this project-based consulting role, you will be the go-to technical expert handling everything from network configurations to robust hardware and software troubleshooting.

What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Proactively identify, accurately diagnose, and efficiently resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network infrastructures to minimize downtime.
• Manage Networks: Handle network configurations and ensure seamless connectivity, leveraging a solid understanding of LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Maintain Security: Apply foundational information and network security principles to safeguard operational integrity on a daily basis.
• Provide Technical Support: Act as a highly reliable on-site technical support anchor, ensuring continuous operational success for the assigned project.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• A minimum of 2 (two) years of proven professional experience working as an IT Helpdesk professional or in a dedicated technical support role.
• A solid foundational understanding of network architecture, specifically encompassing LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and general network configuration.
• Basic but practical knowledge of information and network security best practices.
• Standout Qualification: Proven experience in the development and/or implementation of payment systems, specifically those involving fund transfers with clearing and/or final settlement functions.
