About the role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support and Implementation professional to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of critical business applications that drive our logistics operations. You will serve as a key bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that application solutions are effectively integrated into our organizational processes and deliver measurable value. This position is essential to our continued digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for business-critical applications throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Lead application implementation projects from planning through deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements and organizational workflows
• Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides to support end-user adoption and proficiency
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate user adoption and ensure effective application utilization
• Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal system functionality
• Manage application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities with minimal business disruption
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues escalated by end-users
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in application support, implementation, or project management within the ICT sector
• Proven experience with enterprise applications or business systems implementation and deployment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation methodologies
• Proficiency in technical documentation and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels
• Experience with logistics or supply chain systems is highly desirable
• Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM platforms would be advantageous
• Familiarity with system integration and data migration processes
• Proficiency fluent English communication skills
