United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Programme Assistant to support routine programme activities, assist in partner selection and documentation, and contribute to monitoring and reporting using core UNHCR tools. You will work with a multi-functional team to ensure compliance with procedures and budgetary rules, while engaging with stakeholders.

The role requires collaboration with senior staff, strong MS Excel skills, and experience in programme management.

Formación

• Years of Experience / Degree Level: 1-year relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 2-years Bachelor or equivalent or higher.
• Computer skills (MS Office) including advanced Excel (pivot tables, data management).
• Experience in programme management and related processes. Desirable: Programme Management Level 1 trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and administrative support in routine services and activities within Programme purview.
• Assist in organizing and documenting partnership processes with due diligence.
• Support timely establishment, monitoring and reporting of partnership agreements.
• Contribute to monitoring activities under the MFT approach and programme instructions.
• Assist in risk-based project monitoring and reporting per established guidelines.
• Utilize UNHCR tools (e.g., COMPASS, ERP, PROMS-Aconex, Power BI) for planning and reporting.
