Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructures in Pasuruan, East Java. The role requires strong Cisco/Fortinet expertise, VPN management, and a track record of maintaining secure, highly available networks.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years in network administration, CCNA/CCNP or ITIL Foundation, and willingness to travel internationally. On-site placement in Pasuruan is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• Several years of relevant experience in network administration.
• CCNA/CCNP/ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally and relocate to Pasuruan, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise network infrastructures
• Configure, maintain, and monitor LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments
• Administer Cisco networking components, wireless infrastructure, and Fortinet firewall solutions
• Manage site-to-site VPN connections and secure remote connectivity solutions
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of network services
• Support network modernization initiatives and hardware refresh projects
• Assist with migration of locations to new network platforms and technologies
• Develop configurations, port profiles, implementation plans, and migration procedures
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to network architecture and operations
• Administer and maintain firewall environments and security policies
• Contribute to IT security concepts and standards
• Implement network access control and port security solutions
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability
• Conduct proactive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Provide first- and second-level networking support
• Support users and customer systems remotely or by telephone
• Coordinate external service providers, vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers
• Collaborate with global IT infrastructure, security, and operations teams
• Support international projects and infrastructure rollouts

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or related discipline
• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, Network Administrator, or comparable technical qualification with several years of relevant experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in network administration
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments
• Experience with firewall administration and network security technologies
• Certified CCNA / CCNP / ITIL Foundation preferably
• Good written and spoken English; German would be a bonus
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
• Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
