White Glove Hiring di Jakarta Selatan mencari Network Engineer berpengalaman untuk merancang, menginstal, dan mengoptimalkan infrastruktur jaringan dan sistem. Peran ini melibatkan pengelolaan router, switch, firewall, serta perangkat keamanan lainnya sesuai standar desain perusahaan.

Kandidat harus memiliki gelar S1 di bidang terkait, minimal 1 tahun pengalaman, keahlian OSPF/BGP/VLAN, serta kemampuan analisis Wireshark dan dokumentasi teknis.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman jaringan.
• Keahlian routing/switching lanjutan (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, Inter-VLAN, HSRP/VRRP, LACP/EtherChannel).
• Pengalaman dengan firewall enterprise (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower) termasuk NAT, Policy-Based Routing, IPSec/SSL VPN, IDS/IPS.
• Mahir dalam monitoring/troubleshooting jaringan (Wireshark, analisis log).
• Sertifikasi seperti CCNA/CCNP Enterprise, NSE 4/7, atau PCNSE merupakan nilai tambah.
• Pengalaman infrastruktur tingkat perusahaan; latar di industri keuangan menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Merencanakan, menginstal, mengkonfigurasi, dan mengoptimalkan infrastruktur jaringan dan sistem.
• Mengelola router, switch, firewall, dan perangkat keamanan sesuai standar desain.
• Mengimplementasikan protokol routing seperti VLAN, OSPF, BGP, STP.
• Mengelola kontrol keamanan termasuk NAT, VPN, dan hardening.
• Mengelola server Windows/Linux dan platform virtualisasi.
• Mengintegrasikan DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, VPN, dan layanan aplikasi.
• Memantau kinerja jaringan/sistem/keamanan serta menangani insiden.
• Melakukan Troubleshooting end-to-end di jaringan/keamanan/sistem.
• Mendukung upgrade, migrasi, failover dan DR.
• Menyusun dokumentasi teknis termasuk topologi jaringan, konfigurasi, SOP, dan LLD.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Plan, install, configure, and optimize network and system infrastructure, including routing, switching, network security, and servers.
• Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances in accordance with design standards and best practices.
• Implement and manage routing and switching protocols such as VLAN, trunking, STP, OSPF, BGP, and related technologies.
• Implement and administer security controls including firewall rules, NAT, VPN, and network/system hardening.
• Install and administer physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) as well as virtualization platforms.
• Integrate network, security, and system services such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, VPN, and applications.
• Monitor network, system, and security performance, and handle incidents and service disruptions.
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across network, security, and system environments.
• Support upgrade activities, migrations, failover testing, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including network topology, configurations, SOPs, and Low-Level Design (LLD).

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 1 year of experience in network engineering.
• Strong expertise in advanced routing and switching, including OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, Inter-VLAN routing, HSRP/VRRP, LACP/EtherChannel, and complex Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower) including NAT, Policy‑Based Routing, IPSec/SSL VPN, and IDS/IPS concepts.
• Proficient in network monitoring and troubleshooting (Wireshark, log analysis, performance tuning, and Root Cause Analysis). Familiarity with SD‑WAN, MPLS, and Cloud Networking (AWS/Alicloud) will be an advantage.
• Having relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Enterprise, Fortinet NSE 4/NSE 7, or Palo Alto PCNSE will be an advantage.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale infrastructure; background in financial industry will be an advantage.
