Job summary

Telkom Akses seeks a leadership role to plan, implement, operate, and continuously improve our IT infrastructure and information security. You will drive architecture, roadmaps, security controls, and asset lifecycle aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of networks, servers, data centers, cloud, databases, endpoints, and security. Lead the Infrastructure & Security team and manage budgets, vendors, and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5–7 years in IT infrastructure, operations, network and system administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, storage, cloud, endpoint, and data center environments.
• Leadership with strategic, analytical thinking, risk awareness, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the Company's IT infrastructure and information security.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, capacity, and security of enterprise networks, servers, data centers, cloud environments, databases, endpoints, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure architecture, roadmaps, security controls, standards, and asset lifecycle management.
• Manage cybersecurity operations including IAM, monitoring, endpoint protection, vulnerability & patch management, data protection, and incident response.
• Establish and test backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT security incident handling mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, information security standards, Telkom Group policies, and IT governance including risk assessments and audits.
• Manage IT infrastructure and security projects, budgets, procurement, licenses, vendors, SLAs, and performance reporting.
• Lead and develop the Infrastructure & Security team and collaborate with business/tech units to securely deliver IT services.

Job description

• Lead and manage the planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the Company's IT infrastructure and information security.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, capacity, and security of enterprise networks, servers, data centers, cloud environments, databases, endpoints, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure architecture, technology roadmaps, security controls, technical standards, and asset lifecycle management aligned with business requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity operations, including identity and access management, security monitoring, endpoint protection, vulnerability and patch management, data protection, and incident response.
• Establish, maintain, and periodically test backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT security incident handling mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, information security standards, Telkom Group policies, and internal IT governance, including follow-up of risk assessments, audit findings, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
• Manage IT infrastructure and security projects, budgets, procurement, licenses, contracts, vendors, service levels, and operational performance reporting.
• Lead and develop the Infrastructure & Security team and collaborate with relevant business and technology units to ensure secure, reliable, and effective delivery of IT services

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, network and system administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity, with proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, endpoint, and data center environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, incident response, identity and access management, and business continuity.
• Strong technical competencies in IT Infrastructure Architecture & Management, Network & Connectivity Management, Server, Cloud & Data Center Management, Cybersecurity Operations, Identity & Access Management, Information Security Governance & Compliance, and IT Service & Incident Management.
• Strong leadership capabilities with strategic and analytical thinking, risk awareness, and change management skills.
