The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure solutions for customers to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing network environments. This role encompasses the deployment, administration, monitoring, and optimization of LAN, WAN, wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related network technologies to meet customer business requirements. The role also supports technical demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution validation where required. Working closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, the role provides technical expertise throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, timely issue resolution, optimal network performance, and compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain network infrastructure solutions.
- Install, configure, and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and related network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and security issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and security-related issues.
- Configure and manage network services, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, NAT, and routing protocols.
- Implement network security best practices, including firewall policies, secure remote access, network segmentation, and access control.
- Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, configuration backups, and disaster recovery activities.
- Monitor network health and recommend improvements to enhance performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Prepare and maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, and technical reports.
- Work closely with customers, channel partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful implementation, migration, and deployment projects.
- Provide technical support during project implementation, post-deployment, and post-sales activities, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues within agreed service levels.
- Participate in technical workshops, product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) activities, and customer presentations when required.
- Ensure network solutions comply with customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and organizational security standards.
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies, cybersecurity trends, and relevant vendor certifications to enhance technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, Infrastructure Support, Systems Integration, or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment, system integrator, managed service provider (MSP), or value-added distributor (VAD) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, STP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, and wireless networking.
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Juniper, MikroTik, Huawei, Ruijie, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of firewall technologies, network security principles, and secure remote access solutions.
- Familiarity with network monitoring, diagnostic, and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of structured cabling, network infrastructure, and enterprise networking best practices.
- Exposure to virtualization, cloud networking, or SD-WAN technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.

- Willingness to travel within Indonesia for customer meetings, site assessments, project implementation, technical support, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) activities as required.
- Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS, MikroTik MTCNA, Aruba Certified Associate, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Layer 1 to Layer 3 networking technologies.
- Exposure to cybersecurity technologies, including network access control (NAC), IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
- Experience supporting enterprise or managed services environments.
- Knowledge of virtualization, cloud networking, or SD-WAN technologies is an advantage.
