Job summary

ASRI, a visionary property developer, is seeking an IT Assistant Manager to plan, manage, and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure, network, servers, cloud environment, and daily IT operations to ensure reliable and secure business operations.

You will lead a team, oversee budgeting (CAPEX & OPEX), vendor coordination, and collaborate with property management and engineering to deliver technology solutions for commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• At least 5 years in IT operations or a leadership role managing IT infrastructure.
• Experience with IT budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, backup and DR, and IT service management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in property/building management industry preferred.

• Lead and develop IT Infrastructure team, ensure incident resolution and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide reliable technology solutions for buildings.

Job description

Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring the organization's IT infrastructure, network, servers, cloud environment, and daily IT operations to ensure reliable, secure, and uninterrupted business operations.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage systems, CCTV, access control, Wi‑Fi, and other technology systems supporting building management operations.

Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure by implementing cybersecurity measures, backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and preventive maintenance activities.

Manage IT infrastructure projects, hardware and software implementation, system upgrades, and vendor coordination to support business and operational requirements.

Plan, manage, and control the IT operational budget (CAPEX & OPEX), monitor expenditures, and implement cost control and cost optimization initiatives to maximize the efficiency of IT resources.

Lead, coach, and develop the IT Infrastructure team while ensuring timely incident resolution, service quality, compliance with SLAs, and continuous improvement of IT services.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, property management teams, engineering, and external vendors to provide reliable technology solutions and support the operational needs of commercial buildings and facilities.

Job Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems.

Min. 5 years of experience as an IT Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role managing IT operations/infrastructure.

Proven experience in IT budgeting, CAPEX & OPEX planning, budget control, cost optimization, and resource management.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud computing, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and IT service management.

Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in the property, building management, retail, hospitality, or commercial real estate industry is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/IT management systems.
