Job summary

PT. TELKOM AKSES is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure & Security Lead to plan, implement, and safeguard enterprise IT across networks, servers, data centers, cloud, and endpoints.

The role requires 5–7 years in IT infrastructure and security, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with security controls, IAM, and incident response. This on-site position is Jakarta-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, network and system administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity, with enterprise-scale IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, endpoint, and data center environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, incident response, IAM, and business continuity.
• Strong competencies in IT Infrastructure Architecture & Management, Network & Connectivity Management, Server, Cloud & Data Center Management, Cybersecurity Operations, IAM, Governance & Compliance, and IT Service & Incident Management.
• Strong leadership with strategic thinking, risk awareness, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning, implementation, operation, and improvement of IT infrastructure and information security.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance, capacity, and security of networks, servers, data centers, cloud environments, databases, endpoints, and supporting infra.
• Develop IT infrastructure architecture, roadmaps, security controls, standards, and asset lifecycle aligned with business needs.
• Manage cybersecurity operations including IAM, monitoring, endpoint protection, vulnerability/patch management, data protection, and incident response.
• Establish and test backups, DR, BC, and IT security incident handling mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, Telkom Group policies, and IT governance; follow up on risk assessments and audit findings.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, procurement, licenses, contracts, vendors, SLAs, and performance reporting.
• Lead and develop Infrastructure & Security team and collaborate with units to deliver secure IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the Company’s IT infrastructure and information security.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, capacity, and security of enterprise networks, servers, data centers, cloud environments, databases, endpoints, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure architecture, technology roadmaps, security controls, technical standards, and asset lifecycle management aligned with business requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity operations, including identity and access management, security monitoring, endpoint protection, vulnerability and patch management, data protection, and incident response.
• Establish, maintain, and periodically test backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT security incident handling mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, information security standards, Telkom Group policies, and internal IT governance, including follow-up of risk assessments, audit findings, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
• Manage IT infrastructure and security projects, budgets, procurement, licenses, contracts, vendors, service levels, and operational performance reporting.
• Lead and develop the Infrastructure & Security team and collaborate with relevant business and technology units to ensure secure, reliable, and effective delivery of IT services

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, network and system administration, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity, with proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, endpoint, and data center environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, incident response, identity and access management, and business continuity.
• Strong technical competencies in IT Infrastructure Architecture & Management, Network & Connectivity Management, Server, Cloud & Data Center Management, Cybersecurity Operations, Identity & Access Management, Information Security Governance & Compliance, and IT Service & Incident Management.
• Strong leadership capabilities with strategic and analytical thinking, risk awareness, and change management skills.
