Schneider Electric Indonesia is seeking an HRBP Intern to support HR strategies, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. You will assist in onboarding, data upkeep, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition and People Operations.

The role offers onsite internship for 6 months, with exposure to HR analytics, engagement programs, and cross-functional support across Indonesia.

Qualifikationen

• Active Bachelor degree student (maximum 8th semester) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Availability to intern onsite for 6 months.
• Computer literacy and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth employee experience.
• Maintaining employee data, org charts, job descriptions, and HR documents.
• Coordinating with Talent Acquisition and People Ops for hiring activities.
• Participating in employer branding, internship programs, and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Assisting in employee engagement communications and event planning.
• Preparing regular HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
