Schneider Electric Indonesia is offering an HRBP Intern opportunity to support the HR Business Partner team, gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR analytics, performance management, and employee relations while contributing to a positive employee experience.

This onsite six-month internship seeks an active Bachelor's degree student in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business, with strong communication, analytical skills, and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Active Bachelor’s degree student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, or related fields.
• Capable to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Available to intern onsite for 6 months.
• Previous experience or exposure to human resources would be preferred.

Aufgaben

• HR Operations & Support: onboarding/offboarding, data maintenance, HR documentation.
• Recruitment & Talent Support: coordinate with Talent Acquisition, interview scheduling, employer branding activities.
• Employee Engagement: plan and execute engagement activities, collect feedback, analyze sentiment.
• Performance Management: support cycles, communication, data consolidation, progress tracking.
• HR Data & Reporting: prepare HR reports, dashboards, analytics, HR trends.
