Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an HRBP Intern to support the HR Business Partner team with people‑related strategies and initiatives aligned to business objectives.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to HR functions including recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, HR analytics, performance management, and employee relations, collaborating with HRBP Managers and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active Bachelor degree’s student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, or related fields
• Strong computer literacy and communication skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with discretion handling sensitive information
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) and able to intern onsite for 6 months

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain HR records.
• Assist Recruitment & Talent Support activities, including screening and interview scheduling.
• Contribute to Employee Engagement initiatives and feedback analysis.
• Support Performance Management cycles with data consolidation.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to aid decision making.
• Assist in logging employee concerns and minute-taking for HR meetings
