Job summary

Schneider Electric’s HRBP Internship supports the HR Business Partner team across onboarding, recruitment, engagement, performance, data analytics and employee relations. You’ll gain hands-on exposure while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive positive employee experiences.

The role focuses on HR operations, talent support, data reporting and maintaining confidential information, with a six-month onsite internship and English communication requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Bachelor degree’s student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Analytical & problem solving skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Capable to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Available to intern onsite for 6 months
• Previous HR exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Support: onboarding/offboarding, update employee data and org charts, HR documentation
• Recruitment & Talent Support: assist screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, employer branding, internship programs
• Employee Engagement: develop engagement plan, organize activities, collect feedback and insights
• Performance Management: assist in performance review cycles, data consolidation and tracking
• HR Data & Reporting: prepare HR reports, dashboards and analytics
• Employee Relations: log concerns and take minutes in HR meetings
