Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning and repair of HVAC equipment at client sites in Jakarta. You will communicate with customers and technicians to ensure satisfaction, inspect systems for safety, and handle chiller equipment while following manuals and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in commercial and data center HVAC, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work after

Qualifications

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• min 5+ year commercial and Data Center HVAC experience.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, general servicing activities and performing.
• Communicate with customers, service team and subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inspect clients HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
• Handle Water Cooled and Air Cooled Chillers; support heat removal systems.
• Provide solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently and customers are guided.
