Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a talented Sales Engineer HVAC to join our sales team in Tangerang, Banten. This full-time role blends technical expertise with consultative sales to drive growth in the HVAC sector.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, delivering technical consultations, and managing the sales process from proposal to close, with Travel within the region as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
3–5 years of professional experience in HVAC sales or technical sales.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
Good understanding of consultative selling and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
Provide expert technical consultation and translate HVAC solutions to clients.
Prepare detailed proposals, specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision makers.
Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
Provide post-sale technical support and ensure project success.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in HVAC.
