Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia seeks a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning, and service of HVAC systems at customer sites. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, conduct testing, and deliver solutions to maintain building efficiency.

The role requires after-hours flexibility, a focus on safety, and timely submission of service reports while upholding the company image and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• 5+ years of commercial and Data Center HVAC experience.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer residences in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC systems with electrical and mechanical defects and perform warranty services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and submit service reports on time.
