Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning, and servicing of HVAC systems. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency for customers.

The role requires 3+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong diagnostic skills. You will travel to client sites, work after hours when needed, and contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Able to read schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' residences in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, contract maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment per manuals.
• Diagnose HVAC systems with electrical and mechanical defects; perform warranty services.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety.
• Submit accurate service reports and time sheets; maintain inventory.
• Train and guide new technicians; uphold company image in the industry.
