Job Title: HR Officer
Reporting to: HR Manager
About the role
This role encompasses comprehensive Human Resources operations, including day-to-day HR functions, recruitment and talent acquisition, industrial relations and compliance, expatriate and immigration management, compensation and benefits administration, reporting and documentation, and general affairs support.
Key responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day Human Resources functions and ensure smooth HR operations
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices
Process and maintain documents related to Human Resources policies, programs, procedures, and practices
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow‑up processes
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely manner
Develop, review, and update company regulations and policies in coordination with management
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including BPJS, employment licensing, and other statutory requirements
Execute and monitor expatriate formalities, including work permits, visas, and other immigration-related requirements
Administer and monitor employee attendance, lateness, leave requests, and brief absences
Prepare periodic reports related to attendance, leave utilization, expatriate formalities, and other HR metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Psychology/Management/Law
Minimum 3 years experience in related position.
Ability to assist in Human Resources functions and ensure smooth HR operations
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices
Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, function and best practice.
Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Experience with expatriate and immigration management
Ability to administer compensation, benefits, and employee administration matters
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate and write in English. Mandarin speaking is preferable
