Job summary

PT. Megaspeed International Indonesia is seeking an HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment and talent acquisition, industrial relations and compliance, expatriate and immigration management, compensation and benefits administration, reporting and documentation, and general affairs support.

The role is based in Jakarta, requires knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with global teams in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology/Management/Law.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related position.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with expatriate and immigration management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate and write in English. Mandarin speaking is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Human Resources functions and ensure smooth HR operations
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices
• Process and maintain documents related to Human Resources policies, programs, procedures, and practices
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-up processes
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely manner
• Develop, review, and update company regulations and policies in coordination with management
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including BPJS, employment licensing, and other statutory requirements
• Execute and monitor expatriate formalities, including work permits, visas, and other immigration-related requirements
• Administer and monitor employee attendance, lateness, leave requests, and brief absences
• Prepare periodic reports related to attendance, leave utilization, expatriate formalities, and other HR metrics
