We are looking for an HR Manager with strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This role will focus on building an effective recruitment system, attracting high-quality candidates, and ensuring the company can hire the right talent efficiently.
The ideal candidate is not only experienced in managing recruitment processes, but also understands how to identify, attract, engage, and convert high-potential candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower planning and job posting to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business and hiring needs.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
Proactively source candidates through job platforms, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
Identify suitable candidates beyond active job seekers.
Develop creative and effective approaches to attract high-quality candidates.
Optimize job descriptions and recruitment campaigns to improve candidate attraction.
Communicate the company's culture, career opportunities, and employee value proposition effectively to candidates.
Build relationships with potential candidates before an immediate hiring need arises.
Improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and optimize recruitment channels according to different talent profiles.
Explore new channels and methods for reaching potential candidates.
Collaborate with the marketing/social media team to strengthen employer branding and recruitment visibility.
Build long-term talent communities and candidate networks.
Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, hiring efficiency, candidate conversion, and recruitment channel effectiveness.
Analyze recruitment data and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring recommendations to management.
Support HR policies, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and other HR initiatives as needed.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable employment regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, with the ability to independently manage the recruitment process.
Proven experience in sourcing and attracting candidates for different levels of positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment channels, sourcing methods, and candidate assessment.
Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to proactively approach and engage passive candidates.
Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with candidates, colleagues, and business stakeholders in English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Experience in headhunting or proactive talent sourcing.
Experience building recruitment channels or talent pools from scratch.
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Experience recruiting for education, technology, consulting, or other fast-growing businesses.
Experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team.
Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
Strong recruitment track record, not only HR administrative experience.
Ability to attract candidates, rather than simply wait for applications.
Creative and practical approaches to finding difficult-to-recruit talent.
Strong candidate communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to turn recruitment challenges into actionable sourcing strategies.
A clear understanding of what makes candidates interested in joining a company.
Strong English communication skills and confidence in using English in a professional setting.
