Job summary

PT Yusen Logistics Indonesia is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations from Sunter, North Jakarta. You will supervise engagement, recruitment, training, performance management, payroll and industrial relations in a multinational logistics environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of HR experience, English fluency, strong knowledge of manpower laws, and proven leadership and communication skills. This position is on-site at Sunter, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR experience, incl. in multinational settings.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all human resources functions including employees engagement, recruitment, training, performance management, payroll and industrial relations.

• Supervise the HR team.
• Perform any other HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA of 3.00

Minimum 10 years HR experience, including having worked in a multinational company.

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong knowledge of manpower laws.

Good communication skills, leadership, and must be detail oriented.

Computer literacy (Ms. Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive) is mandatory.

Job Description
