Job summary

PT Puninar Anji NYK Logistics Indonesia (PANLI) seeks an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes in Cikarang.

You will oversee recruitment, payroll integration for outsourced staff, attendance, leave, BPJS reporting, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The role requires 2-3 years HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work under pressure; ASAP start is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years in managing HR work units.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, management, law, psychology/equal.
• Understand labor law.
• Able to handle pressure with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
• Can join ASAP is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for Outsource Company and all HR admin tasks.
• Manage attendance, overtime, employee loans, incentives, outpatient costs in payroll.
• Collect and report BPJS Employment and BPJS Health to the relevant agencies.
• Monitor the maturity of Work/Employment Agreements (trial or contract).
• Coordinate HR end-to-end processes with Direct Supervisor.

Job description

Have deep knowledge in Recruitment process

Manage employee databases

Monitoring the maturity of the Work/Employment Agreement (trial or contract).

Examines the filing of claims for employee facilities and benefits carefully and thoroughly, on the file for outpatient assistance, maternity of employees' wives, replacement of glasses, business trips, proposals for incentives & student internships

Perform data calculations on attendance, overtime, employee loans, incentives, outpatient costs into the payroll system for the 16th of last month up to the 15th of the current month

Checking employee permits & leave

Collecting data and reporting BPJS Employment, BPJS Health and must report the Company to the relevant agencies

Coordination to Direct Supervisor regarding HR end-to-end process

Handle Payroll of Outsource Company and all administrative works in HR

Complete Tasks delegated from HR Supervisor or above

Qualification

At least 2-3 years in managing HR work units.

Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in HR, management, law, psychology/equal.

Understand labor law.

Able to handle pressure and have strong sense of responsibility, awareness, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and the ability to complete work independently.

Willing to be place in Cikarang
