Job summary

PT Uniair Indotama Cargo is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategies and operations in a global freight forwarding context. The role emphasizes industrial relations, talent acquisition, and policy compliance, with a focus on building a strong workplace culture.

The ideal candidate holds a master or bachelor degree in Psychology, Law, or HRM, has at least five years of proven HR leadership, and is fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.

• Proven knowledge of industrial relations and labor laws.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management and HRIS.

Job description

Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology, Law, and Human Resource Management.

Min. 5 years proven experience as HR Manager, especially in Global Freight Forwarding industry.

Strong knowledge about industrial relation, talent acquisition, performance management, employment law, organization development, and HRIS (HR Information Systems).

Fluent in English (Proficient in Mandarin is a plus).

Have a strong Leadership and Communication skills.

Able to work as a strong team leader, ambitious, and hardworking.

Willing to be placed in Marunda.
