posisi ini mengharuskan minat kuat pada rekrutmen, branding perusahaan, dan kolaborasi tim; kerja di kantor dengan fasilitas WFO berlangsung di Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Sedang menempuh atau baru lulus di bidang Komunikasi, Pemasaran, atau terkait.
• Minat kuat pada Media Sosial, Rekrutmen, dan Employer Branding.
• Mahir MS Office dan alat desain seperti Canva/Photoshop.
• Keterampilan organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik; mampu bekerja dalam tim.
• Komunikasi lisan dan tertulis dalam bahasa Inggris.

Responsibilities

• Mengatur dan menjadwalkan wawancara untuk program Management Trainee dan kebutuhan rekrutmen lain.
• Mendampingi proses perekrutan end-to-end: posting lowongan, screening CV, follow-up kandidat.
• Membuats konten media sosial untuk branding perusahaan dan menjaga konsistensi merek rekruiting.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Recruitment Support:

• Organize and schedule interviews for the Management Trainee program and other recruitment needs.
• Coordinate schedule arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups

Employer Branding:

• Create and manage social media content for employer branding.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure brand consistency in recruitment materials.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong interest in Social Media, Recruitment, and Employer Branding
• Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar platforms)
• Strong organizational & time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Available for a full-time internship for 6 Months, with the possibility of extension
• Able to work with a Work From Office (WFO) arrangement
