This role will partner closely with stakeholders to drive recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while providing end-to-end HR support as a trusted HR generalist.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business partnering capability, hands‑on recruitment experience, and a good understanding of the overall HR framework including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to support people and organizational initiatives
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from manpower planning to onboarding
• Support Organization Development initiatives including competency development, organizational structure, and job design
• Act as a trusted HR partner in handling employee‑related matters and providing practical HR solutions
• Drive employee engagement, people development, and culture‑building initiatives
• Analyze HR data and insights to support business and workforce decisions
• Collaborate across functions to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience

Qualifications
