PT Seoul Jus Indo in Denpasar, Bali, is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. You will handle job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and agreements, and coordinate with the Finance team on payroll data.
You will maintain HR policies, KPI processes, and assist managers with performance and workplace issues, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Indonesian regulations.

You will coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and prepare employment offers and agreements. The position requires managing employee onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and overseeing attendance, leave, and overtime administration.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Prepare employment offers, employment agreements, and other required HR documents
Manage employee onboarding and ensure new employees complete all required documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related records
Coordinate payroll information, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and employee changes, with the Finance team
Monitor employee contracts, probation periods, renewals, and employment status
Maintain and update company HR policies, procedures, and employee regulations
Support the implementation of employee performance evaluations and KPI processes
About you
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information and company HR records
Understanding of applicable Indonesian employment regulations
Capability to handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and employment matters
Ability to assist managers in addressing employee performance and workplace-related issues
