Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 34 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
• Proven experience in mass recruitment, particularly for Sales positions.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding and employment contract administration.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and Indonesian employment regulations.
• Experience in training, performance management, and industrial relations will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including mass recruitment for Sales positions.
• Oversee employee onboarding and ensure proper completion of new hire documentation.
• Manage employment contract administration, including preparation, renewal, monitoring, and documentation.
• Support manpower planning and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
• Assist in implementing employee training and performance management initiatives.
• Support employee and industrial relations activities and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.

We are seeking a hands-on Human Resource Supervisor with strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employment administration. Approximately 50% of this role focuses on recruitment, particularly mass hiring for Sales positions.
