Job summary

Our client in Bogor, West Java, is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and payroll-related tasks. This role offers exposure to employee relations and HR administration in a growing manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Assist in organizing employee events and trainings.
• Help administer benefits programs.
• Support policy implementation and compliance efforts.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
• Assist payroll processing and related tasks.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
