Human Capital & Compliance Manager (Semarang)

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading technology company specializing in digital infrastructure across banking, payments, and related services.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement Human Capital strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives

Manage and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and internal compliance procedures

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, internal policies, and regulatory standards

Lead and support people development programs, including employee development and organizational initiatives

Conduct internal compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments, and ensure appropriate follow-up and corrective actions

Support the company in maintaining compliance with ISO standards or other relevant certifications

Analyze HR and compliance-related data, prepare management reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Maintain and improve HRIS/HCMS and other Human Capital-related systems

Work closely with management and relevant departments to identify compliance gaps and implement improvements

Guide management and employees regarding HR policies, compliance requirements, and workplace regulations

About you

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital, HR, Compliance, or a related managerial position

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Human Capital management and execution

Good understanding of labor laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance management

Experience in developing and implementing employee and people development programs

Experience in internal audit, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and corrective action management

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to management

Proficiency in HRIS/HCMS and standard office applications

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Prior experience in a managerial HC, HR, or Compliance role, preferably within financial services, fintech, or technology-focused organizations
