Job summary

Ideatax, a fast-growing tax firm in Indonesia, seeks an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. You will lead recruitment for consulting and operational roles, manage annual performance cycles, and support managers in coaching teams.

The role emphasizes employee relations, culture, and training coordination to boost productivity, while handling payroll inputs and BPJS administration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Law.
• Certification: Certified by BNSP in Human Resources.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as HR Supervisor.
• Experience: Preference for consulting, professional services, or service industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, conflict-resolution; excellent Indonesian and English communication.

Job description

HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.

Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent for consulting and operational roles.

Performance Management: Manage annual performance appraisal cycles, set KPIs, and support managers in coaching and developing their teams.

Employee Relations & Culture: Maintain a healthy work environment, manage employee grievances, and organize engagement programs.

Training & Development: Identify skill gaps across departments and coordinate internal/external training sessions to boost productivity.

HR Administration: Supervise payroll processing inputs, attendance tracking, BPJS administration, and contract management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or Law.

Certification: Certified by BNSP (National Professional Certification Board) in Human Resources.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Supervisor.

Previous experience in a consulting, professional services, or service industry is strongly preferred.

Technical & Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
