Shopee is seeking an experienced Hub Lead for SPX Express in Sumatera Selatan to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound/outbound flows, 3PL coordination, and last-mile delivery execution. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of logistics/supply chain experience, familiarity with shipping, warehousing strategies, and the ability to adapt to a shifting schedule.

Formación

• Minimally high school graduate or equivalent.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major welcome.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies.
• Willing to work with shifting schedule.
• Willing to be placed in Sumatera Selatan.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Monitor the inbound and outbound processes, including delivery to third party logistics (3PL) and Last Mile processes
• Monitor sortation and distribution of packages by couriers
• Create schedule and route for package delivery to customers

Requirements:

• Have graduated from high school or equivalent
• Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from all majors are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or other relevant fields
• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies
• Willing to work with a shifting schedule
