Shopee in Indonesia seeks a Logistics Operations professional to monitor inbound and outbound processes, ensuring timely delivery via 3PL and last mile partners. You will track courier sortation and distribution and help create efficient delivery routes.

The role requires at least 2 years in logistics or supply chain, with a background in planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position with Shopee’s regional operations team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Graduated from high school or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s welcomed.
• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Monitor the inbound and outbound processes, including delivery to third party logistics (3PL) and Last Mile processes
• Monitor sortation and distribution of packages by couriers
• Create schedule and route for package delivery to customers

Requirements:

• Have graduated from high school or equivalent
• Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor's degree from all majors are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or other relevant fields
