Shoepee Operations in Medan manages the end-to-end logistics and cross-functional activities including Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud, ensuring smooth flow from order to delivery.

Join to monitor inbound/outbound processes, optimize 3PL interactions, and design delivery schedules and routes with couriers to improve warehousing, shipping, and last-mile efficiency in the region.

Formación

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field welcomed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields.
• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Monitor the inbound and outbound processes, including delivery to third party logistics (3PL) and Last Mile processes
• Monitor sortation and distribution of packages by couriers
• Create schedule and route for package delivery to customers

Requirements:

• Have graduated from high school or equivalent
• Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor's degree from all majors are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or other relevant fields
• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies
