Shopee in Medan is seeking an Operations associate to support end-to-end logistics flows, from order processing to delivery outcomes. You will work with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics to maintain smooth inbound and outbound processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring 3PL deliveries, overseeing sortation, and creating delivery routes. Candidates should have at least 2 years in Logistics and a diploma or degree; high school diploma accepted.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Familiar with planning, shipping and warehousing strategies.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
