Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations professional in Medan to lead logistics processes across inbound and outbound activities, ensuring efficient delivery and service levels. This role sits in the Department Operations and targets regional performance improvements.

You will monitor 3PL and courier performance, plan schedules and routes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehousing, shipping and last mile execution.

Qualifications

• Graduated from high school or equivalent
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any major accepted
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies
• Willing to work with a shifting schedule

Department Operations

Level Experienced (Team Lead)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
