Job summary

Shopee Medan is looking for a logistics and operations specialist to support end-to-end order processing, from inbound to last-mile delivery. You will monitor 3PL performance, manage routing, and contribute to efficient warehouse and distribution activities.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor's welcomed) and a minimum of 2 years in logistics or related fields, with familiarity in planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
