Job summary

Shopee Medan is seeking a Logistics/Operations professional to oversee end-to-end warehouse and delivery processes. You will monitor inbound and outbound logistics, coordinate with 3PLs, and help optimize route planning and courier performance.

The role requires practical knowledge of planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies, and at least 2 years in logistics or related fields. High school diploma or higher is acceptable, and candidates from all majors are welcome to apply.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
