Shopee is seeking an experienced Hub Lead for SPX Express in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. The role focuses on overseeing end‑to‑end logistics operations, monitoring KPI performance, and leading the team across customer service, payments, listings, warehousing, and fraud control.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in logistics or related fields, with strong planning and warehousing knowledge, and is ready to work on shifting schedules in Aceh.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any major welcome to apply.
• Willing to work with a shifting schedule.
• Willing to be placed in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Monitor the inbound and outbound processes, including delivery to third party logistics (3PL) and Last Mile processes
• Monitor sortation and distribution of packages by couriers
• Create schedule and route for package delivery to customers

Requirements:

• Have graduated from high school or equivalent
• Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from all majors are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or other relevant fields
• Familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies
• Willing to work with a shifting schedule
• Willing to be placed in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam
