Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, marketing or economics preferred.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong language and communication skills.
• Able to observe, analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Hardworking and able to withstand high pressure.
• Good conduct and alignment with company values.
• Experience in insurance, banking or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations, and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with bank personnel at branches and promote sales to meet targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution, security services, and after-sales support including claims.
• Report violations or risks and propose corrections promptly.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Adhere to regulator rules and company, regional and global policies.
• Follow business processes and uphold integrity and risk-awareness.
