Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, finance/marketing/economics preferred.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills.

• High political quality and good conduct with the company.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations.
• Coordinate cooperation with branch bank personnel to promote sales.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales, and product knowledge.
• Distribute and collect documents, assist with claims and after-sales services.
• Report violations and potential risks and propose improvements.
• Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
• Comply with regulator rules and company/regional/global regulations.
• Follow business operations processes established by the company.
• Act in compliance with national laws and ethics codes.
• Maintain risk control awareness and integrity.
