• 5-7 years of software/SaaS sales experience, HRMS/Payroll sales preferred.
• Proven team management experience (2-3 members).
• Working knowledge with CRM tools.
• Strong consultative and solution selling in B2B cycles.
• Existing Jakarta business network is an advantage.
• Ability to meet both individual and team sales targets.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred for local engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of HRIS software to SMBs in Jakarta and nearby regions.
• Lead and coach a 2-3 member sales team to hit targets.
• Manage individual and team sales performance and targets.
• Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations.
• Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Foster upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account retention.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, support, and marketing to ensure customer success.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to HQ.
