Job summary

PT Abadi Rajawali Semesta is hiring for an experienced sales professional to drive overseas sales of HR SaaS solutions in Jakarta. You will manage mid-to-large enterprise accounts, identify digital transformation needs, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires strong consultative selling, negotiation skills, and an established enterprise client network. Bahasa Indonesia and/or English are acceptable for business engagements and daily client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with tech/HR SaaS or enterprise services.
• Strong capabilities in needs discovery, consultative selling, and closing complex deals.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English for business discussions and negotiations.
• Strategic business development mindset with ability to operate in a 0-to-1 market.
• Existing enterprise client network in mid-sized to large companies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive overseas sales and business development for HR SaaS solutions.
• Develop and manage mid-to-large enterprise clients and identify digital transformation needs.
• Own and close the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
• Expand target industries and key accounts while building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams for project delivery.
• Contribute to overseas sales strategies and go-to-market models.
