Arkana, current no. 1 Odoo Gold Partner in Indonesia, is looking to hire a Business Analyst : HR Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of enabling digital success for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS implementation on client with project basis
  
• Gather and analyze client requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into solutions
  
• Develop and document functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements aligned with client objectives
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating training, presentations, and progress reviews
  
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customization modules
• Conduct user training sessions, provide post-implementation support, and manage change requests effectively
• Continuously assess business processes and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency of the system
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource, or any related field
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience with HRIS platforms such as Sunfish, Darwinbox, BIPO, SPISY, Pro Intsimilar systems
  
• Strong understanding of business processes
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Shalat 5 times a day
