Job summary

Benemica HMS is seeking a System Analyst Payroll-HRIS in Jakarta to design payroll and HRIS software enhancements and develop new application solutions. You will create business cases, analyze requirements, and design robust processes while leveraging SIPOC models.

The role involves testing strategy, execution, and documenting solutions, with a focus on Indonesian payroll compliance and client delivery. The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree and demonstrates strong communication,

• Excellent communication skills and service mindset.
• Fresh graduates welcome; payroll/HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create business cases and conduct requirement analysis.
• Design business processes and system processes.
• Utilize SIPOC model for business design.
• Prepare testing strategy and plan; guide testing execution.
• Seek and implement process and system improvements.
• Ensure documentation of design and solutions.

System Analyst Payroll-HRIS Application - Jakarta

System Analyst role focused on Design payroll and HRIS software enhancement, Design New Application/Product solution.

Key responsibilities

Create business case

Conduct requirement analysis

Design Business Process and system process

Experience using SIPOC model for business process design is a must

Design apporiate solution with proper documentation

Prepare Testing Strategy/Plan

Guide and involved in Testing Execution

Experience with Automatic Testing is preferred.

Identify process and system Improvement

About you

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems

Service excellence mindset, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills

Fresh graduates with experience for system design is welcome; experience in tax consulting, payroll, application, and understanding of payroll and HRIS business processes preferred

Passionates of Indonesian Income Tax (PPh21/PPh26) regulations is a must

Pass knowledge test and BPJS and payroll calculation test for Indonesia compliance

Honest and reliable

Comfortable communicating via call or video call

Confident and proactive

Willing to travel to client locations when needed

Able to communicate with clients and new clients to collect requirements.

English language proficiency is a must
