PT UCoal Sumberdaya sedang mencari kandidat untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi HR dan GA yang selaras dengan tujuan perusahaan serta rencana bisnis jangka panjang. Peran ini mencakup perencanaan tenaga kerja jangka panjang, kepatuhan regulasi ketenagakerjaan Indonesia, manajemen HRIS dan payroll, serta pelaporan strategis ke BOD/manajemen.
Anda akan memimpin tim HRGA di wilayah operasional, mengidentifikasi risiko, meningkatkan layanan, dan bekerja dengan berbagai departemen
Develop and implement HR and GA strategies and programs aligned with company objectives and long-term business plans.
Develop long-term manpower planning and ensure workforce requirements are aligned with business and project needs.
Lead the implementation and monitoring of performance management, KPI, and employee evaluation processes.
Monitor HR metrics and performance analytics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with company requirements and applicable employment regulations.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower and employment regulations and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Manage HRIS and payroll processes to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable employee data and payroll administration.
Prepare strategic HR reports, analysis, and recommendations for BOD/management to support business and workforce decisions.
Manage General Affairs activities, including company facilities, assets, accommodation, transportation, security, and other site/project support services.
Ensure the availability, functionality, and proper management of workplace facilities and employee support services.
Coordinate with project/site management and relevant departments to address HRGA issues and support operational continuity.
Lead and develop the HRGA team to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
Identify HRGA risks and operational issues and develop appropriate solutions through effective problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/GA, with proven supervisory experience.
Proven experience in coal mining, mining infrastructure, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of HR management, manpower planning, performance management, and employee relations.
Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, including employee data management and payroll administration.
Strong understanding of KPI development, performance management, and HR analytics.
Good knowledge of Indonesian employment and manpower regulations and their practical application.
Strong understanding of General Affairs management, including facilities, assets, security, accommodation, and operational support.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic, proactive, business-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic project and site environment.

The Company's concessions cover a total area of approximately 50,000 hectares and are currently in the production operation phase, located in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province.
The first CCoW is divided into seven blocks: North Keluang, South Keluang, Bandarjaya, Muara Teladan, Bedeng Genteng, Supat, and Lais.
The second CCoW consists of three blocks: Block A, Block B, and Block C, located in the districts of Sanga and Babat Toman.
