Job summary

PT. Anzawara Satria in Indonesia's coal mining sector seeks an HR professional to join the South Kalimantan site. A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields is required, with 2–3 years of HR experience.

You will handle HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, engagement, and develop competency matrices, TNA, and manpower planning, while coordinating with external partners and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR management, management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the coal mining industry.
• Experience in HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, and engagement.
• Experience in competency matrix, training needs analysis (TNA), and manpower planning (MPP).
• Familiar with training & development, performance management, and HR reporting.
• Experience coordinating with external parties, government institutions, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR policies.
• Familiar with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to be based at the South Kalimantan mining site.
