Job summary

PT Sumber Daya Energi is seeking an HR Senior (Manager/Supervisor) with strong Mandarin communication to oversee HR operations for two Kotabaru sites. The role manages a workforce of about 2,000 employees, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and fostering a stable, multicultural work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across two sites in Kotabaru.
• Lead mass recruitment and manpower planning for a large workforce (≈2,000).
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and site regulations.
• Handle industrial relations and maintain a multicultural working environment.
• Coordinate with HR site management and Head Office.
• Oversee employee relations, disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Oversee HR administration (attendance, contracts, data).
• Provide HR reporting and workforce updates to management.

Job description

This position requires a stronger HR Senior (Manager/Spv) Mandarin speaker with high integrity and leadership capability. The role will oversee 2 sites in Kotabaru (same area, approx. 10–20 minutes apart)with a total workforce of approximately 2,000 employees (WNA & WNI):

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations
• Lead mass recruitment and manpower planning for large workforce needs
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and site regulations
• Handle industrial relations and maintain a stable, multicultural working environment
• Coordinate closely with HR site management and Head Office
• Manage employee relations, disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases
• Oversee HR administration (attendance, contracts, employee data, etc.)
• Provide HR reporting and workforce updates to management

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin for communication with Chinese management, Bahasa Indonesia
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field
• Minimum 3-8 years HR experience, with mining site operations preferred
• Strong experience managing large workforce (>1,000 employees) and mass recruitment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations
• Proven leadership, integrity, and conflict resolution skills
• Willing to work in roster system
• Willing to be placed full-time in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan
