Growth is seeking an experienced HRGA Superintendent to oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs functions at our Medan site, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and alignment with company objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in HRGA leadership, strong knowledge of labor regulations, and the ability to manage industrial relations, PKB development, and policy implementation while communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Jobbeschreibung

Responsible for overseeing all Human Resources & General Affairs functions to ensure efficient operations, compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or Psychology.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRGA Superintendent, with strong knowledge and expertise in the field.

Domicile: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Medan.

Knowledge & Skills :

Proven experience in leading HRGA teams.

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.

Expertise in managing industrial relations, including union communication and dispute resolution.

Ability to develop and implement Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) and HR policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Lead HRGA reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
